there really isn't a lot to say about this one .. the name says it all; it's an overlook of the Needles district. It's about a 55 minute drive from Moab; you can't miss it .. there's signs for days.
hwy 191 for 32 miles then turn west for 22 miles on county rd 133.
If you look across, you can see Island in the Sky.
