Once we got past Landscape Arch there was barely a trace of humanity. Except the one family we were inadvertently racing up the canyon. They had several small children and one heavy smoker. LoL so we obviously won the race; but it was still aggravating to hear so much yelling at small children to hurry up; broken up by hacks & coughs from a 2 pack a day smoker who was trying to make the 2.9 mile hike up the canyon to make sunset.
I digress .. it's beautiful.
Trees and fins everywhere mixed with the lack of people make for a great place to eat sandwiches and prep for a crazy walk back at night over fins in the dark.

If you are going for sunset - I cannot stress enough how important it is to bring headlamps and/or some serious flashlights. If you're afraid of heights, you will want a light that will clamp onto you so as to have BOTH hands to go down the fin in the dark. It's definitely an adventure .. (that we've repeated over & over & over ... lol)
